Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service booked and will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 late fee.
